Led the ORU volleyball team to the Elite Eight in 1995. Sirola is ORU's career leader in aces and led the nation in aces in 1995. Sirola was a member of the 1995 NCAA Pacific Regional All-Tournament Team and the Croatian Natiional Team from 1991-1993. Sirola is currently the head coach of the ORU volleyball team.
