The sixth golfer to be inducted into the ORU Athletics Hall of Fame. Combe was a four-year letter winner on the Titans' nationally-ranked golf team from 1981-1985. He earned third-team All-American honors in 1983. Combe helped ORU finish 23rd in the nation in 1982 and 1983 and 25th at the 1985 NCAA Championships. He won the prestigious Butler National Intercollegiate Tournament twice while at ORU and was a medalist at the 1981 U.S. Junior Amateur.
