Dugger finished his career as all-time career leader in assists at ORU with 501, he was eleventh in career scoring with 1,229 points, and he is one of only two ORU players with at least 1000 points and 500 assists (Luke Spencer-Gardner). Along with Hall of Famers Anthony Roberts and Alvin Scott, he led ORU to two NIT tournament berths. An honorable Mention All-American in 1974-75,
