Oral Roberts University

Ran track at ORU from 1994 to 1998 and was a three-time NCAA Championship qualifier. Manuel was also a three-time All American, twice in the 100 meter dash and once in the 55 meter dash. She competed in the 2000 Olympic Trials and also holds the Mid-Con records for the indoor 55 meter dash and indoor 200 meter dash. Manuel is married to USC track and field Hall of Famer Jerome Davis.
