Oral Roberts University

Was a member of ORU’s 1978 College World Series team. He holds the ORU record for wins in a season and had a record of 24-2 in 1977 and 1978. Meredith pitched in the 1977 World Cup baseball team and was drafted by the Houston Astros in 1978. He played four major league seasons with the Rangers and Cubs.
