#ORUXC Athletes to Watch Revealed Ahead of 2025 Season

TULSA, OKLA. – The Summit League announced its conference cross country pre-season poll Wednesday morning with the Oral Roberts men placing fourth with 19 votes, and women placing tied for sixth with 16 votes.  ORU also had their 2025 athletes to watch revealed with each coach nominating two athletes for their men's and women's programs across the conference.  The Golden Eagles open up the 2025 campaign at the Bob Timmons Rim Rock Classic hosted by the University of Kansas on Saturday, August 30th.

  • Claimed the bronze medal at the Summit League Championship with an 8K time of 24:15.9 and helped SDSU capture its ninth consecutive League crown
  • Finished 44 at the NCAA Division I Midwest Regional, clocking a 10K time of 30:35.4
  • Placed seventh at the SDSU Classic with an 8K time of 25:03.5
