TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts men's soccer team won its home opener, 2-0, Sunday afternoon against the Rogers State Hillcats.

After nine shots and two on goal in the first half, the Golden Eagles capitalized and took a 1-0 lead in the 44^th minute. Dante Brigida took a shot on goal that was deflected and saved by the Hillcats' keeper, but deflected in play. Eugene Quaynor put the touch needed on the ball to hit the back of the net and give ORU the lead. Brigida was credited with the assist.

In the 53^rd minute, Reed Berry touched the ball out to the right side to Quaynor who dribbled down the field and passed back inside to Berry for the second goal of the game. Berry's goal was assisted by Quaynor and it was his second of the season.
