Alani Chaple was awarded Defensive Peak Player of The Week. Chaple led the Golden Eagles backline to back-to-back shutout wins over Abilene Christian and Louisiana Tech. The Riverside, Calif., native steered ORU to a 2-0 victory against the Wildcats and 3-0 win over the Bulldogs, logging 165 combined minutes in the winning efforts. Oral Roberts' 2-0 mark improved the Golden Eagles to 4-2 overall
