TULSA, OK. – The Golden Eagles came out strong, with Addy Johnson opening the scoring in just the 3rd minute. In the 33rd minute, Marlee Fort netted her first goal of the season, extending the lead to 2-0 by halftime. East Texas struggled to gain momentum, committing 10 fouls and managing only three off-target shots in the first half. The Golden Eagles maintained their dominance in the second half, capping off the match with a goal from Precious Edosa in the 84th minute. The game ended in a commanding 3-0 victory — the team's second win of the season.
