NORMAL, Ill. – The Golden Eagles closed out their 2024-25 season in Normal, Illinois, suffering a 2-5 loss to the Illinois State Redbirds.

In doubles play, all three pairs of Golden Eagles fell to the hands of the Redbirds. The pair of E. Brewer/Evans were in a tight battle with Scarlett/Ostro before the match was declared unfinished at 4-4.
 
In singles play against Illinois State, Parv Nage beat Adrian Dibildox 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (7-2) while Ryan Holloway defeated Caden Scarlett 6-3, 6-2.
