• The Golden Eagles enter Thursday's contest riding a five-game win streak and have won their last seven inside the Mabee Center.
• Hannah Cooper continues to be one of the top players in the Summit League as the senior leads the conference in field goals made (162), free throws made (129), free throw attempts (156), minutes per game (36.6), total points (472), points per game (20.5), steals (54) and steals per game (2.4).
• At the national level, Cooper ranks ninth in free throw attempts, ninth in free throws made, 12th in total points, 17th in points per game and 24th in field goals made. The El Paso, Texas, native's scoring increase of 14.0 points per game also ranks third nationally.
• Forward Tirzah Moore continues to pace the league in double-doubles (13), defensive rebounds per game (7.8) and rebounds per game (11.2). Nationally, the sophomore sits ninth in rebounds per game, ninth in field goal percentage (61.5), 11th in defensive rebounds per game and 12th in double-doubles.Â
• Sharpshooter Delaney Nix leads the Summit League in three-pointers made (61), three-pointers made per game (2.7) and three-point percentage (35.1). The senior has also reached double-figures in six of her last seven contests.
• Ruthie Udoumoh is coming off her third career double-double in Saturday's win over Kansas City and is averaging 11.7 points and 7.7 rebounds per game in league play.
• The Golden Eagles' high-powered offense ranks among the nation's best as they sit 20th in the country, averaging 78.1 points per game.
• ORU faced a difficult non-conference slate that featured three 2022 NCAA Tournament qualifiers, four Power 5 opponents and seven road contests.Â
• The Golden Eagles are led by head coach Kelsi Musick, who enters her first season at the helm. Musick and her staff returned six players from last season's squad and welcomed eight newcomers, three freshmen and five transfers, in the offseason.
• In her 14th season as a head coach, Musick holds a 270-137 career record.
• In the Summit League Preseason Coaches' Poll, the Golden Eagles were selected to finish third.
Inside the Matchup
• Thursday's contest marks the fourth meeting all-time between ORU and St. Thomas.
• The Golden Eagles hold a slight 2-1 edge in the series but dropped the first meeting this season between the two sides back on January 14 in St. Paul, Minnesota, 76-75.
• The Tommies enter Thursday's contest on a two-game losing streak and are 8-15 on the season.
• Maggie Negaard (12.5) and Jade Hill are the lone St. Thomas players averaging double-figures on the season.
