TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts men's basketball team closes a three-game home stand Monday night facing Tulsa at 7 p.m. inside the Mabee Center.
After missing out on the cross-town rivalry in 2020-21, the Golden Eagles and Golden Hurricane meet on the hardwood for the 56th time in program history live via the ORU Sports Network and locally on KGEB TV-53.

• ORU pushed Oklahoma State to overtime Friday afternoon in a 78-77 setback in front of a sellout crowd at the Mabee Center.
Max Abmas and
DeShang Weaver combined for 49 points on 18-of-38 shooting and the Golden Eagles had an open look to win at the buzzer of the extra period.
• The duo of Abmas (19.2 ppg) and
Issac McBride (13.2 ppg) are pacing the offense, while Weaver (10.5) and
Trey Phipps (10.0) also score in double-digits per game.

Kareem Thompson are fifth and sixth in The Summit League in rebounds per game, respectively, as the pair is combining for 14.0 boards each outing.
• Despite winning a conference tournament title last year, ORU was picked to finish third in The Summit League Preseason Poll, behind South Dakota State and North Dakota State.
• The Golden Eagles return 10 letterwinners, including three starters, and add five new faces for 2021-22 with two transfers and three freshmen.

• ORU is 19-36 in the all-time series against the Golden Hurricane having lost each of the last four meetings by an average of 12.5 points.
