ST. PAUL, Minn. – On a rainy Saturday afternoon in St. Paul, Minnesota, the Oral Roberts men's soccer team shutout St. Thomas, 3-0, for its first Summit League win of the season.
Romulo Bosqueiro recorded his first goal in an ORU uniform in the 15th minute of play. A Golden Eagle free kick was sent into the penalty area and Bosqueiro with the back of the net at the top right. Logan Bellone was credited with the assist.
In the second half, ORU tallied two more goals with Dante Brigida's sixth goal of the season coming in the 68th minute. Brigida's goal was assisted by Felipe Medina.
The Golden Eagles made it a 3-0 game in the 69th minute when Medina recorded his first goal of the season with an assist by Juan Arias.
