ORU Wraps Up Weekend at Hurricane Invite

TULSA, Okla. - The Oral Roberts women's tennis team finished the weekend at the Hurricane Invite with a 5-1 loss against Louisiana Tech and a 6-0 drop to No. 22 Tulsa at the Case Tennis Center.

Ceijenia Cornelius fell short in the No. 4 spot in singles action against Louisiana Tech 6-7 (5-7), 4-6 in the tiebreaker. The Golden Eagle duo of Gorana Kadijevic and Cornelius won their doubles match the No. 1 spot in a tiebreaker 7-6 (8-6). Andrea Vasiljevic retired her opponent and won at the No. 5 singles spot, 3-0.

Up Next: The Golden Eagles will visit the Oklahoma Sooners Saturday, January 19 at 4 p.m. in Norman, Oklahoma.
