TULSA, Okla. – After a number of close calls by both teams, North Texas broke through with a late goal to top the Oral Roberts women's soccer team 1-0 Sunday afternoon.
Anna Flobeck put in a header after a scramble in the box in the 74th minute to score the only goal of the match.
Inside the Box Score
- ORU was out-shot 8-4 in the match, but the Golden Eagles had plenty of scoring opportunities with nine corner kicks as opposed to UNT's two.
- Ryleigh Bohnenstiehl played all 90 minutes and made four saves.
- ORU's four shots came from four different players. Brittney Lawrence and Maria Stordahl each put their shot on goal.
