The Short Story: The Oral Roberts men's tennis team opened the season at the University of Tulsa on Friday falling 7-0 to the cross-town rival.
The Golden Eagles found close matches from Barnabas Koncz at No. 3 singles falling, 6-4, 3-6, 6-1. Amar Saletovic and Jan Pehnec also battled in tight matches at No. 1 and No. 2 singles falling in both singles matches.
Up Next: ORU continues its season opening weekend Saturday against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Action is set to start at 6 p.m. at the Philcrest Hills Tennis Club.
